New designed Image Sequences
When creating the new series of pictures, it is important that children and adolescents in school, clubs or university education can identify with the athletes depicted. Therefore, age-appropriate representations are used, which differ in gender and skin colour from one discipline to the next. By applying "multimedia principles" in the design of the educational material, contents can be learned more sustainably and processed more deeply. In addition to the Olympic disciplines, other relevant disciplines and techniques such as the overhead throwing movement or the scissors jump technique are also considered. The movements are shown technically correct as far as possible and the high resolution helps to make them clearly recognisable. The image sequences are presented without a background and thus put the main focus on the movement. Furthermore, the teaching materials are designed to be copy-friendly for practical analogue usage.
Functional Image-Text Sequences
The newly designed image-text sequences facilitate a more profound comprehension and processing of movement among children and young people. The incorporation of multimedia principles facilitates the more sustainable training of learning content and its deeper processing. For instance, the placement of words and their corresponding nodes in close proximate relation to one another serves to focus the learner's attention on the relevant learning content.
Animationen
The use of animations and instructional videos allows for the dynamic presentation of the entire movement sequence of a technique. In this manner, the viewer is able to visualise the individual movement phases and nodal points, particularly with regard to movement coupling and the flow of movement.
Discipline images in colour.
The colour-coded individual images are employed to select individual phases or nodal points of a movement sequence and integrate them into sports lessons in a meaningful manner.
The various file formats, including JPEG, PNG and PDF, facilitate the expedient incorporation of these materials into one's own worksheets or presentations.
Outline Images
The outline images are particularly well-suited to printing and duplication processes that allow for the reproduction of multiple copies. Furthermore, they can be incorporated into a multitude of exercises to enhance children's and young people's comprehension of movement technique and visual abilities.
